I have a Panasonic...

I have a Panasonic digital cordless phone. I mistakenly blocked incomplete phone numbers that begin with 215-482-, which includes my home phone. As a result, I cannot receive incoming calls.How do I unblock the above number?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Digital? What have you tried so far?

It's been going on only today as far as I've been able to determine. I call Verizon but the technician was unable to solve them problem, I also read the instructions in the Panasonic booklet but found them confusing.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Phone Expert to know before I connect you?

To help with this issue, may I ask:
1) The FULL Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base.
2) Do you have ANY other phones (NOT part of the Panasonic system) attached to this same phone line and if so, will the other phones RING more than one time - if the Panasonic phone cord is disconnected?

The model no. is KX-TGE230. There are no other non-Panasonic phones attached to this line.

OK - as an ALTERNATIVE TEST - do you have access to a different phone - that has a number that gets blocked - and can tell me what is heard IN THAT PHONE if you call the Panasonic number?

It appears that this will take more time than I'm willing to spend right now. I will call a Panasonic technician tomorrow morning. At what time does Panasonic open?

I don't believe I clicked on anything that would require additional payment. Howevere, I wish the requests did not appear at all. It makes the on-line dialogue confusing.

I did not agree to any additional cost. I will call Panasonic in the morning to dispute the charge which only appears in an email msg.
