When I am receiving a call, the screen just says incoming call no name no outside the area, etc. How can I get the screen to display where the call is coming from?

Panasonic landline?

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model of your phone system?

Panasonic KX-TGD510

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your KX-TGD510? What have you tried so far?

At least a day .... have rechecked my set ups, etc.

1) How long has this phone system been installed?
2) Has the name or numbers of callers EVER displayed on this system?
3) What landline phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
4) Do you have ANY other phones (NOT part of the Panasonic system) attached to this same phone line and if so, are they working properly (show caller information)?

OK - when I asked about how long the system has been installed - I was referring to the Panasonic system itself.

And since the KX-TGD510 is a relatively new model, I assume it has only been a year or so since installation - is that correct?

Also, do you have ANY OTHER "caller ID" phone available - that CAN be attached to the WAVE phone service - to TEST if they will display the caller information?

NOTE: Even an older or borrowed caller ID phone would do for this TEST.

I did get the panasonic system about 3-4 months ago.
There are no other phones available that are attached to WAVE

OK - as an alternative TEST, are their any friends or neighbor's close by where the Panasonic system can be taken and connected - to TEST if the caller's names or numbers appear for incoming calls?

By the way, I ask these questions because (in my experience) issues with these symptoms are very often caused when the Caller ID information - which is coming FROM THE PROVIDER - is either missing or corrupted in some way.

Please let me know if this alternative TEST is possible.
