I have a new Panasonic phone that is a "blue tooth" My phone will not work at all. It is all hooked up with batteries etc. What can I do???

Model is KX-TGD560

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your KX-TGD560? What have you tried so far?

Just got the phone 2 days ago bought from Amazon...I hooked it all in with batteries with the base then with the extra phones in the other rooms. The only thing that is different from other phones I have had is the BLUE TOOTH so nothing is working at all.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Phone Expert to know before I connect you?

I want to know how to make the phones work. I think I need a phone number that I can call Panasonic eventually so I can ask them. Also,l I have a brain illness and I don't understand things well. THANKS so much.

Hi,

The Bluetooth feature is so that you can connect your cell phone or headset to the system - do you want to do that?

Otherwise, once the Panasonic handsets have charged up they should register to the base unit.

If they don't automatically register you can register them as follows:

1. On the Handset: Press MENUN#130

2. On the Base unit: Press and hold LOCATOR for about 5 seconds. If all registered handsets start ringing, press LOCATOR again to stop, then repeat this step.

3. On the Handset: Press OK, then wait until a long beep sounds.

Hi Rich, I am sorry it took so long to respond to your kind statements. I am sending the whole box & phones etc back. They were defective as after getting help I realized they were bad. But when I get them back & the same thing happens...I will certainly call you!!! Thanks so much.
