I just started to tell you we have had our problem since we bought the phones--that we cannot program.

Technician's Assistant: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?

Since we bought it at BJ's perhaps a month ago, but we have had a death to worry about.

Technician's Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

Scary thought, yes? But I just have tried and shouldn't MENU get pushed? And no clue what these codes are for . If actually pushing menu on the display does not work, what buttons am I supposed to push to set things?

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of the appliance? And has it done this before?

We just bought it Panasonic cordless phone model # KX-TG633Sk

Technician's Assistant: Anything else we should know to help you best?

1) Has any paperwork - such as operating instructions - been received with this system?
2) What exactly is trying to be "programmed" in the system?
3) Does the system allow calls to be made and received?
