2) Have any of the handsets been fully charged at this point AND is there anything appearing on the display(s)?
3) What landline phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
4) Do you have ANY other phones (NOT part of the new system) attached to this same phone line and if so, are they working properly?

They have been plugged in for one week. They all have the same thing on them time (4:30) and check phone line.

No it is not a new service and yes there was a phone working before I changed to this one.

OK - is that other phone still available, so that it can be reconnected to TEST if it is still working?

I only ask because this MAY be a service issue - and reconnecting the previously working phone is the quickest way to TEST.
