I NEED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO UN-BLOCK A PHONE NUMBER THAT HAS BEEN BLOCKED IN ERROR.

YES, I ALSO NEED TO KNOW WHY MY PHONES KEEP REVERTING BACK TO EASTERN STANDARD TIME AFTER I HAVE SET THEM NUMEROUS TIMES TO DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME. THANK YOU
