I have a panasonic three unit telephone. One of the units refuses to work.The model number is ***** TGA402. Can you help me get this phone operable?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your three? What have you tried so far?

I have tried recharging on a unit that I know works and I have put in good batteries.

when you tried to replace the batteries, did you use regular AA?

If so, can you try swapping in a set of batteries from one of the good/working ones?

I will not respond to this due to the $26 additional charge. You are apparently scamming me. I was to receive my answer for $5. Now verify the return of my money.
