I have a Panasonic...

I have a Panasonic phone system and I am having a problem with a voice mail that will not erase. My playback will say i have no messages but the hand held phone says I have a voicemail.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Panasonic phone? What have you tried so far?

It's been at least a month that I cannot get the message off. I have gone into the VM menu and the regular menu. I cannot get it off.

I'm Greg and will do my best to assist with troubleshooting this issue today.
Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of any issue with your phones.
If you still need help with this issue, may I ask:
1) The FULL Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base (model sent is for a single cordless handset).
2) How many TOTAL cordless handsets do you have with this system, and if more than one, do ALL handsets have this issue?
3) What landline phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
4) Can you do a quick TEST for me? That TEST is to pick up any handset - while NOT on a call - press the TALK (or SPEAKER) button, and QUICKLY LISTEN for a dial tone. Please let me know if you hear ANYTHING BEFORE the STEADY dial tone - such as a few beeps or pulsed dial tones.
