One of our Panasonic...

One of our Panasonic phones purchased through Amazon recently does not work. The accessory battery charger does not work on this phone. Can we get a replacement to this part as it is still under guaranty

Sorry, the model was KX-TGD530. This has been going on for a couple of months. As we received three phones with this set, we just recharge it on another of the base units.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?

The part malfunctioning is PNLC1077 I.T.E accessory battery charger with AC adapter

We purchased this phone set in mid-December 2017 through Amazon.
Yes, it will charge on other base stations which is what we have been doing, but this is inconvenient.
We assume it is a defective base/battery charger. The number of this unit is PNLC1077
If this is the problem, how do we get a replacement part?

Thank you for confirming,

yes that does point to a faulty power adapter or charger base.

You can try cleaning the contacts on the base with some cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol. If it still wont' charge it would need to be replaced. You can call panasonic to request a replacement under warranty, at(###) ###-####/p>
