Model cs6429-2

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your CS6429-2? What have you tried so far?

Approx 2 weeks Haven't tried new battery but have checked every thing I know to check. What are your suggestions? I get time,date . I beginning to think battery is bad.

Technician's Assistant: The Phone System Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Phone Expert to know before I connect you?

If not enough, she can ask. I don't anything else to tell her

OK - I'm not clear on what the last response means, so let me ask a different way:

Do you have ANY other DIFFERENT phones - such as basic corded phones (NOT part of the Vtech system) attached to this same phone line? AND if so, are they working properly (get a dial tone, allow calls in and out, etc.)?
