I got new phones...

I got new phones with a modem from Vodafone a few weeks ago as part of a changeover deal. They were working fine. But now they will not fring out -or in. They are live and charged - but not connecting.

I've studied the instruction booklet and may have pressed some wrong buttons - but don't think so. I'm 76 so not really up with doing all thus stuff. But pretty okay on computers :). I've also tried my old phones on the wall connections that were working a few weeks ago - but now are not.I was previously with Slingshot -now contract finished,

I don't feel confident to answer my new smart phone - I press the green phone - but it doesn't answer my caller. Would prefer a few guidlines on chat - so I have time to think. If this is not possible - I will call or visit Vodafone.

Sorry Harry, I have been away from home for several days. I did all the thinghs with using all my phones on various plugs around the house - as was suggested at one point. I had done it before ---but this time something worked. i'm not exactly sure what . Thank you for your help. I may call on you again. But in the meantime I would like to remove my Visa card particulars from your files; it makes me nervous having them listed until necessary. Helen Kay.
