The model is KX-TGL430

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your KX-TGL430? What have you tried so far?

Since this past Saturday. I have a base and three phones. when people are calling in, I can pick up the phone, but they can't hear me and I can't hear them.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Phone Expert to know before I connect you?

That's about it. I've unplugged the phones...read the manual...can't find the solution

Can you tell me a bit more about the problem please:

1) If you have multiple handsets (within the same system), does this happen with all of them?
2) Are there other phones or even a fax, outside of this system but on the same line? If so are they working properly?
3) Is this a landline from the local phone/cable company, or a VOIP service (vonage/magicjack/etc)?

when people call me, they can't hear me when I answer the phone. The mute button is not on.

This is a landline. Problem is with all three phones. It is not voip

Do you have any other phones there not part of the Panasonic system? Who provides the phone service?

No other phones. Comcast is the provider.
Thank you. This is most like a Comcast line fault.
Mute would not cause this.Please unplug power to your Comcast modem for at least 5 minutes. Replug then give it another 5 minutes to start back up and then try a test call
