Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of any issue with your phones.

1) When did this issue first begin or was noticed?

2) How many TOTAL cordless handsets do you have with this system, and if more than one, do ALL handsets have this issue?

3) What landline phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?

4) What steps are being attempted - from page 41?

Began last Friday. Total of 4 handsets. Provider for phones is Verizon. Pg 41 - Turning silent mode off, used all 7 steps listed.
Also, pg 22 "HOLD" I followed all these steps. HELP!!!

All 4 handsets are acting the same.

Hi again and thanks for that information.

As a FIRST TEST - can you disconnect the PHONE CORD from the MAIN BASE of the Panasonic system - and leave it disconnected - then check the DISPLAY of the handsets - and see if a message appears - such as "Check tel line"?
