Cell phone is okay...

Cell phone is okay, but my land line phone is totally out. I checked with neighbors, so it's not an area problem but a problem only to my home land land.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model of your phone?

Again. No cell phone problem. It's my land line to my house that is totally dead - no dial tone, no incoming calls. Whom do I contact Re my dead land line into my house.

1) The FULL Make & Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base station.

2) Have you placed a TEST CALL to the landline number - from the cell phone yet - and if so, what was heard in the calling phone?

3) What landline phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?

4) Do you have ANY other devices/phones (NOT part of the main system) attached to this same phone line?
