At 10:30 am est I picked up the receiver for an incoming call and the line went dead. All extensions are in place. Please restore phone service to(###) ###-####(FIOS I think)

Technician's Assistant: Are there any lights on your speaker that are lit or blinking?

I don't understand "speaker" but I do have blinking lights on t FIos plug in.

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried resetting your speaker?

How do I reset?

Technician's Assistant: The Home Theater Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Theater Expert to know before I connect you?
