I have one of my handsets that is not working. I bought new batteries and they haven't helped the phone doesn't appear to be charging at all.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model of your phone system?

Panasonic of course model KXTGA680

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your KXTGA680? What have you tried so far?

Tried swapping charging locations, swapped out other handsets, and replaced batteries with nothing working on this handset

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Phone Expert to know before I connect you?

Again, I'm not asking you to, you did pay the full agreed upon fees (which was not 5) for the chat here already.

There are many different rechargeable batteries on the market, many of which are not compatible with these phones. Please try taking the batteries out of one of your working handsets and put them into the "bad" handset, then see if it will take a charge in that situation and let me know the results.
