Hi again,

If dialing your VM number or your own phone number would not engage the VoiceMail system of the phone company, then it would appear that it has not been setup.

On the other hand, if getting VM is because the phone says that there is a VoiceMail message, try pressing and holding the OFF or # button until there is a beep.
