I have the Panasonic phones with a base and 4 extraphones. I can't hear my messages. Do I need a new base?

No, just the base - it's the only place that has a button for messages.

1) The FULL Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base station (model should start with KX-TG).

2) What current landline phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?

3) Is there ANY indicators on the system that tell you there are messages to be listened to?
