Hey John, I'm calling about my phone system that I purchased for $120. The reception is so bad on all four of my phones that no one can understand anything that we say. this is the third Panasonic I purchased within the last four years. I need to get this replaced.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your smartphone?

Model: KX-TGEA40. This not a smart phone. It is a house phone.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your KX-TGEA40? What have you tried so far?

For about a month. I've tried unplugging all the chargers and the main box. I've tried going outside for better reception.

Can you tell me a bit more about the problem please:

1) If you have multiple handsets (within the same system), does this happen with all of them?
2) Are there other phones or even a fax, outside of this system but on the same line? If so are they working properly?
3) Is this a landline from the local phone/cable company, or a VOIP service (vonage/magicjack/etc)?
4) Do you have dsl service on the same line?
5) Full model of the phone(s) (printed on sticker on the main base station, not the handset)

WHO provides your phone service?

Please recheck the model, that is a partial handset model, not the base/system model.
