1) Can I assume there was a PREVIOUS call blocking system attached to the phone line, and that system has been removed (disconnected)?

2) Were any documents received with the KX-TGF570 system (in case I need to reference them)?

3) What landline phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?

I have NOT received an answer to my question as yet and just answer has charged me a total $24.00! Please refund my $24.00 immediately and end this fiasco. I originally contacted you via email and received no answer to my questions and now you are sending me “non-stop” emails on my cell phone. Please STOP and refund the $24.00. I have NEVER dealt with any company or persons that manage their companies or people like this and never want to!! Refund my money and do not contact me again!!!
