have a landline that hasn't worked right since 11/16. I have already missed the call that infirmed me my mother had died. I was wondering if you can tell me when the line will be repaired. I believe a work order has been done.
JA: When did you last charge your phone?
Customer: it is a land line
JA: Have you tried a force reboot (pressing and holding the Power button)?
Customer: the problem is with the line coming onto the house. whenever it rains, I have problems for 2 or 3 days following.
