My land line - all 3 phones are down. Message on the screens say "out of range or no power at base."

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?

No idea - 3 cordless phones

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

A few days - I tried to call AT&T but couldn't get to talk to a person, only automated questions. FRUSTRATING!

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Phone Expert to know before I connect you?

Thanks for asking. My TV's say "no information" instead of what show is on, as it always did in the past. Every channel. Thank you.

Initially, re-confirm and post back with the complete model number of the "...3 cordless phones..."
And to avoid asking you to do something you've already tried, can you please tell me what / any and all troubleshooting / specific steps you've already attempted other than / to address the above.

I don't know how I got to your service that is apparently not a free service. I started out with AT+T, & I pay them plenty already. Please refund my $ & I'll seek help elsewhere.
