1) Can you CONFIRM the FULL Model Number and brand name of the phone system you are working with?

2) Where was this system purchased and when was it connected to power - to charge the system components?

3) What landline phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?

4) Do you have ANY other devices/phones (NOT part of the new system) attached to this same phone line and if so, are they working properly?

the phone is connected to my ooma internet phone system. this is probably the problem the ooma system works just fin with an att el52253 phone.

I have dought a new att el52253 from amazon and I will return the vetch to Costco.

That MAY be the issue (the ooma device/service).

Can you tell me if the AT&T system is connect at the same time as the other system?

And is there any "filter" installed on either the Vtech or the AT&T system - when connected?
