I just bought your phone and I can't receive any calls. I don't think I should pay for advice.

Technician's Assistant: The Technicians require payment for their services. It's way less expensive on JustAnswer than face-to-face would cost.

I do not have a cell phone set up, but only a landline and I am trying to set them up to receive my calls. I have 2 phones that came with this which I am again trying to set up.
