Hummm. 5 yrs maybe? My baby & I hope not broke! I have done the resets and rebooted the computer & still red. Never a problem before

kinda weird, you put either cord in from the back & the red light comes on. I don't recall that.

The charge has something to do w/ red light? I paid for a call & somehow missed it. Right here anxiously awaiting now. Gotta figure out if broke or something else. Love the support!
