To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) Have you successfully recorded your own "greeting" on the system, and can successfully play it back?
2) Do you have a different phone line available - such as a cell phone - that can be used to place a TEST CALL to the landline number - and try to hear the greeting and leave a TEST MESSAGE?
3) What landline phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
