If you still need help with this issue:

I have attached (as an image) the instructions for erasing (clearing) ALL blocked numbers. This includes instructions to be performed on either one of the cordless handsets of the system OR the MAIN BASE.

Please click the link to the attachment (below) to view the instructions and give them a try.

And please let me know if you have any issues performing or interpreting the steps. (I KNOW these can be hard to interpret - if you don't use them every day)
