I have a Panasonic KX-TG5571 older telephone answering

Customer Question

I have a Panasonic KX-TG5571 older telephone answering machine "B" Expandable machine in my office. The phone will only ring twice and then that's it goes to answering machine. How do I set the number of rings to last longer. I have read the manual and simply can't figure it out. Thanks
JA: How long has this been going on with your KX-TG5571? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Over at least 1 plus years, but missing several calls lately and really need it to ring longer.
JA: Anything else you want the phone expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no. Manual printed out say's page 68 if that helps.

Hi and welcome to JustAnswer, I’m Louie. Sorry you had to wait awhile but I’ll do my best to help.
Initially, please confirm that it is the Panasonic's built-in answering machine that auto-answers after 2 rings and not the phone company's VoiceMail.
