Help! i have panasonic phones & my mailbox is full & I don't know how to empty it--although I'm sure my 7 year old granddaughter could!

Technician's Assistant: How old is the phone?

Apx 1/2 yrs

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

For a while because anything I've attempted has not worked.

1) The FULL Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base unit (model should start with KX-TG).

2) Can you tell me more about this "mailbox full"? For example, is this a message that is heard by callers when they call your number?

3) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
