Notice to ask phone company for AM access #
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: Phone will blink and I have to pick it up to cancel. Also, it says to ask phone company for VM access code.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: about 5 days Cleaning the phone of all call in and no voice mail is stored.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Some times it seems I do not receive a phone call, just says storage is full

Please disconnect the power from the base unit and remove the batteries from the handset

Wait 10 minutes then first put the batteries into the handset, connect power to the base unit and tell me if it now functions correctly please.
