Hi and welcome to JustAnswer, I’m Louie. Sorry you had to wait awhile but I’ll do my best to help.
Initially, please post back with clear pictures of the LCD screen. Click HERE.

These pictures would then serve as common references.

C'mon now Louie. I already paid, $5.00 just to reach you. I'm beginning to feel this service is a rip-off. Can you answer my question or not???
Expert:  Louie replied 3 months ago.

Almost always, this would be indicative of an internal hardware issue or more particularly, a failed back lighting.

Are you then considering a DIY (do-it-yourself) repair attempt? If yes, do you have access to and familiar with a multi-meter and even a soldering iron?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
No. I don't have the technical knowledge I was hoping you had. Also, I hope I haven't inadvertently signed up for any more than the, $5.00 I wasted. I haven't signed up for anything else have I?
Expert:  Louie replied 3 months ago.

My participation is strictly limited to technical, repair and/or installation issues as well as related information.

Hmm, I already tried the customer support # but I couldn't get around the computer there. Do you have the # for customer service?
