We just purchased a set of KX-TG7875S cordless phones. We are having trouble programming it. Is there a way to go back to the DEFAULT factory settings so we can start again?
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: We just order it new on 6-11-17
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: We cannot retrieve messages on VM for one.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Sometimes we loose the volume while speaking.

1) Where was this system purchased (ordered)?

2) Was the system purchased as NEW or perhaps "refurbished"?

3) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?

4) How do/did you normally "retrieve message on VM", especially BEFORE purchasing this phone?
