To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) What is the AGE of this system?
2) Do you have access to a DIFFERENT phone - such as a cell phone or neighbor/friend's phone - that can be used to place a TEST CALL to the Panasonic number - to TEST what is heard when that is done? If so, please place that TEST CALL and let me know EXACTLY what is heard - in the calling phone (number of rings, any "greeting" heard, and IF you can leave a TEST MESSAGE).
3) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
