i can only call out on speaker they say the hole is plugged where u put blue tooth.. i bought it in oct 2016

Customer: model number of phone is imei 356948078708310 i cant seem to call in sprint gave me this # to call u..1800(###) ###-####I pd the phone off...its not a yr old,,,my # is(###) ###-####Carol Gatesy

JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it just started fri i had to buy a new one sprint said they couldnt fix where i bought it they said it still under warrienty

i dont have the service offer i threw it away about a weel ago i bought it last oct in southgate store just pd it off at the woodhaven sprint store,,90,00,i am so tired of the run around i need to send it to you so u can look at it i bought another phone....

If the phone is still under warranty then you can either return the phone to the retailer or call Sprint on 1-***-***-**** to arrange to return the phone and get a replacement.
