Customer Question

I have had a cordless Panasonic KX TG4391AL for several years now and only use the basics ie making and receiving calls and receiving messages. Today I found that I have the normal call tone and can hear the sound of the digits being called. Then absolutely nothing. I tried ringing my number with my mobile phone and could hear it ringing, but my landline was totally silent. Is the mute function and how do I resume it?

You can adjust the volume by pushing the Up and Down arrows on the phone.

Try pushing the Up arrow a few times and let me know if that works?
