Customer Question

I am looking at a Panasonic Cordless set of 5 telephones. Is it possible to code one of the slave phones for storing frequently used numbers? I know the main site is capable of storing but I need to use one of the slaves for the same purpose
JA: Just to clarify, have you double-checked the code? And what is the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: KX-TG5855K
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I do not have the phone as of yet. I am seeing if this model has the capability of storing numbers in a slave unit.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: NO

Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

I'm Greg and will do my best to assist you today.

Sorry I didn't see your question earlier.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) Can you CONFIRM the Model Number of the phone system you are looking at? I only ask because that MAY be a MINOR typo in the model you sent.

Is that supposed to be KX-TG585SK (notice the "S" before the last K)?

Please REPLY using the box below and the SEND button.

Thanks

number should be 5

Hi again and thanks for that information.

OK - I tried to accept your phone call request, but see a "Payment Failure". This is usually because of a "security check" by the bank or credit card company.

But we can continue here in this text/chat form - if you would like.

Just let me know what you want to do.

Thanks

i've given the current payment info earlier in this conversation.
Expert:  Greg A. replied 7 months ago.

I understand.

NOTE: We expects can NOT access any of your private information - including any payments or other account information. We can ONLY communicate with you about your question topic.

So would you like to continue here - in this form?

Thanks

Forget the whole exercise in futility. I have never jumped thru so many hoops and paid money for nothing.

Hi again,

Sorry for any delay.

I was just asking if you wanted to continue here - in this text/chat form - instead of having a phone call.

If you want to do that, please let me know.

Thanks, ***** *****
