We've had a KX-TG series wireless system for a couple years

Customer Question

we've had a KX-TG series wireless system for a couple years and it's fine but we can't figure out how to reduce the volume of the ring tone. It blasts us out of the house. Any ideas?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Sorry I can't finb
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Sorry, I can't find the model # easily but the way time goes it's probably about two to three years old.

Is it the ringer from the base or handsets that is too loud?

I didn't intend to get into a fee situation on this. I'd like to delete my acct. thank you.
Expert:  Nathan replied 11 months ago.

You've already paid the initial fee. There is no free support for an out of warranty product.

I can give you a very quick and simple solution for this if you'd like to continue.

If not, you may cancel from the help page.
