Just a couple of hours ago the caller ID on my phone stopped

Just a couple of hours ago the caller ID on my phone stopped working. It now says, "no line." Other phones in the house do show the right information. When I go to recent callers I do not see them, since it stopped working.
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: I'm sure many years. According to the manual it is CS6114-11/CS6114-2 Dect 6.0.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just a couple of hours. now. As I said, the other phones in the house do give proper information.
JA: Anything else you want the phone expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can't think of anything.

Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) Has the PHONE CORD (at the MAIN BASE UNIT) been MOVED or PULLED at all? I only ask because these symptoms usually indicate a POOR CONNECTION to the phone line.

2) What other phones do you have connected to this phone line?
