1) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
2) WHEN did this issue first begin, or was noticed?
OK - can you do a quick TEST for me?
That TEST is to pick up any cordless handset of the system, press the TALK button, and QUICKLY listen for the dial tone.
Please let me know what you hear when you do that.
- A clear dial tone.
- a few "beeps" - then a clear dial tone.
- a few "pulsed" dial tones, then a clear dial tone.
