telephone series 6 dect and I have just changed phone carriers and I need the message recorder to be reactivated can you help?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: It is a KX-TG1061
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tranfer phone carriers today and since the transfer the voice mail is turned off and I do not know how to turn it on
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
