my home phonei is connected to its own answering services. Suddenly, afew weeks ago I realzed that my answering machine was not working. My messages were going through to Messagebank 101 on Telstra. I tried the answering Button on my Phone and it was still connected to receiveincoming calls (several times) .I tried help on the 101 line and got no results. Surely I can be removed from 101 and have my incoming calls sent to my own connected answering service?

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) The FULL Make (brand) and Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base.

2) Is the "Answering service" PART of the phone system, or a separate "service"?

3) Did ANYTHING "change" - about the same time you noticed this issue?
