Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

I'm Greg and will do my best to assist you today.

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) The FULL Make & Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base.

2) WHEN did this issue first begin, or was noticed?

3) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?

4) What is the AGE of this phone/answering system?

Please REPLY using the box below.

Hi again,

OK - if this is a Panasonic phone, please look for the model of the system on the MAIN BASE of the system.

The typical format is KX-TGxxxx - where xxxx is a 4-digit number.

NOTE: I see your phone call request and may be able to call you in a few minutes (not near a phone right now).

Hi again,

I tried to accept you call request, but saw a payment failure message. This usually means you may need to increase any deposit or clear a security message from your credit company.

But, we can continue here, in this chat format. Just let me know if you would like to do that.

Hi again,

I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved?

I look forward to any further questions or results that you may have.

Thanks, ***** *****
