Customer Question

We have had three Panasonic cordless phones for close to a year, and the connections-receptions are becoming progressively worse: cutting out, cutting off, poor quality voice, etc. Today my wife tried to dial out on her phone, but all she could get when she pressed the talk button was a busy signal. The phone in the back room of the house gave us a normal dial tone. I traded phones with my wife; she made a call. I hung up her defective phone, and this time received a dial tone. I believe someone should look at our phones and/or all our connections to see what is going wrong.
P.S. We replaced the PREVIOUS Panasonic cordlesses with this one, because it was beginning to show the same problems.
Thank you,

Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

I'm Greg and will do my best to assist you today.

Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) The FULL Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base and START with KX-TG.

2) What is the AGE of this system, and WHEN did this issue first begin or was noticed?

3) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?

4) If you have ANY other devices (not part of the Panasonic system) attached to this same phone line and if so, are they working properly?
