Sorry to hear of any issue you may be having with your phones.
To help with this, may I ask:
1) What is the AGE of this system?
2) WHEN did this first begin?
3) Did this start on ALL handsets AT THE SAME TIME?
4) What phone service provider (phone company) do you have for this phone line?
I see your phone call request, but I'm not near a working phone right now to be able to call. However another expert here may be able to make that call before I can reach a working phone.
In the mean time, can you try to respond to the questions above?

Tried to accept and got a "Payment for this service failed" message back from the system.
If that can be corrected (you may need to approve the payment), I will try again.
