My phone keeps saying base no power. How can i solve this

Hi there, my phone keeps saying base no power. How can i solve this problem?
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: I just bought it last week. Its panasonic dect 6.0
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried to register it...but its still not working

ok, thats the brand, on the bottom of the base unit you should see the model on it.

Removed the batteries from the handset please then remove the power to the base unit.

Once done, wait 5 minutes and connect the batteries to the handset.

Then wait 3 minutes, connect the power to the base unit and tell me if it now connects and works correctly please

ok, connect the power plug to a different socket.

It is the internal power supply that has faulted.
