Our office has a TDA100 Hybrid IP-PBX phone system. When we came in a short time ago, all incoming phone calls, to any number, are forwarded to a partner's cell phone number. We cannot call out. We get a short busy signal, and then a disconnect. Our internal com system works.

Hi Jeff,

This will occur if there is a network fault or the system cannot get a working internet connection.

Have you tested your internet connection and checked all network switches, etc?
