Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) What is the issue you are having with your phone(s)?

2) How many TOTAL cordless handsets do you have with this system?
3) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?

4) If you have ANY other devices (phones, fax, alarm system, etc.) attached to this same phone line and if so, are they working properly?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
1) I am not receiving any incoming calls but I can make out going calls
2) 2
3) Google Phone
4) No other devices

No help advice from your tech? Email response in 24 hours? Not what was guaranteed at the start! Not satisfied!!!!

Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

The prior tech opted out because you had multiple questions open, which is prohibited by the site.

That duplicate is now closed, so we can proceed here.

Can you please elaborate on the phone service you are using? "Google phone" is not a phone service. There is a google voice service, but it is operated through an existing line, so you'd still need some other type of phone service.
