Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

You may need to reset the password, or the whole phone.

But, what password (i.e. to what service) or what phone (by maker and model) is it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It's a Nortel Networks

What function do you need the password *****? or, to get what done?

And, what model of Nortel phone is it? model #, please. Thanks.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Norstar Meridian. I need to get to my voicemails and can't.
Expert:  Russell H. replied 1 year ago.

I see.

The voicemails may not be stored on the phone station, but in a 'voicemail box' or voicemail card installed in the phone system box.

Do you know what voicemail provider you have? or is there any message the voicemail system gives you? or... has this voicemail ever worked for you before (if it is indeed on the phone station) ?
