Customer Question

I'm not getting any incoming calls. I can't call outbound. The machine indicates that I have a message but I cannot get the message. If I use my cell phone to call my land line, it goes to messages. Art

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

What telephone do you have, on your landline?

What voicemail do you have, voicemail from a local answering machine or module or 'box'? or do you have ATT Voicemail or other voicemail similarly provided by a telephone or similar company?

If you are also not able to call outbound, then check whether you have

A. a dial tone, when you lift the handset on your landline phone - if you don't, contact your phone co. and report a problem with your service.

B. ... when you dial a number, what happens? a message? or a tone? or nothing?
