Sorry to hear of any issue you hare having with your phones.
May I ask:
1) The AGE of this phone system?
2) WHY the system was "unplugged" for an hour today?
3) Was the system working well BEFORE it was unplugged?
4) What PIECES of the system were unplugged, and have ALL of them been reconnected to their ORIGINAL connection points?
I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved?
